The Aparthotel Comtat Sant Jordi as well as the users of this Site agree that for any discrepancy that may arise from the interpretation, enforcement and/or implementation of these rules, they will expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Judges and Courts of Madrid, expressly waiving, any other jurisdiction which could pertain to them.
