CONDITIONS:
1º- Rates are shown in euros per person per night based on a double apartment. I.V.A (Spanish VAT) included.
2º- To make a reservation the services contracted must be paid for inadvance using a credit card or by making a bank transfer. We do notaccept cheques or Travellers checks.
3º- If clients do notarrive at the Hotel on the anticipated reservation date, or cancel thereservation within 24 hours prior to arrival this will be considered a"No Show", incurring a penalty charge equivalent to two nights staybased on the services booked. If the cancellation is made between 24and 48 hours before the anticipated arrival of the client, the cost ofone night’s stay will be charged to the client.
4º- Forunexpected departures, which occur before the end of the contractedstay, the Hotel will invoice the client for two nights based on theservices contracted, except when the client provides endorseddocumentation and the Hotel decides not to charge them for reasons offorce majeure.
5º- Discounts, one-off offers and special offersspecified in the contract cannot be used in conjunction with eachother, except those relating to children’s age and a 3rd or 4th person,in both cases when sharing an apartment with 2 adults.
6º- Formeal plans (HB or FB) the latest check out time is 10:00, if you wishto prolong your stay until 18:00 hrs, consult availability atReception. An additional 50% charge on the Half Board rate (includeslunch) is applicable and paylable directly to the Hotel. ForAccommodation Only stays access will be from 17:00 and departure before10:00
7º- All clients, staying on a meal plan basis will beasked for a credit card, or deposit in the sum of 100 € on arrival atthe Hotel to cover extra costs and deposits for items such as the TVremote control, air conditioning etc. This deposit will be returned tothe client on departure.
8º- Pets max. 6 kg. are allowed. Prior notice must be given when confirming the reservation. |
