CONDITIONS:

1º- Rates are shown in eurosper person per night based on a double apartment. I.V.A (Spanish VAT)included.

2º- To make a reservation the services contracted must be paid 25% for in advance using a credit card or by making a bank transfer. We do not accept cheques or Travellers checks..

3º- If clients do not arrive at theHotel on the anticipated reservation date, or cancel the reservation within 24hours prior to arrival this will be considered a "No Show", incurring a penaltycharge equivalent to two nights stay based on the services booked. If thecancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the anticipated arrival ofthe client, the cost of one night’s stay will be charged to theclient.

4º- For unexpected departures, which occur before the end of thecontracted stay, the Hotel will invoice the client for two nights based on theservices contracted, except when the client provides endorsed documentation andthe Hotel decides not to charge them for reasons of force majeure.

5º- Discounts, one-off offers and special offers specified in the contract cannot beused in conjunction with each other, except those relating to children’s age anda 3rd or 4th person, in both cases when sharing an apartment with 2adults.

6º- For meal plans (HB or FB) the latest check out time is 10:00,if you wish to prolong your stay until 18:00 hrs, consult availability at Reception. An additional 50% charge on the rate is applicable and paylable directly to the Hotel. For Accommodation Only staysaccess will be from 17:00 and departure before 10:00

7º- All clients,staying on a meal plan basis will be asked for a credit card, or deposit in thesum of 100 € on arrival at the Hotel to cover extra costs and deposits for itemssuch as the TV remote control, air conditioning etc. This deposit will bereturned to the client on departure..

8º- Pets max. 6 kg. are allowed.Prior notice must be given when confirming the reservation.
