CONDITIONS:
1º- Rates are shown in euros per person per night based on a double apartment. I.V.A (Spanish VAT) included.
2º- To make a reservation the services contracted must be paid for in advance using a credit card or by making a bank transfer. We do not accept cheques or Travellers checks..
3º- If clients do not arrive at the Hotel on the anticipated reservation date, or cancel the reservation within 24 hours prior to arrival this will be considered a "No Show", incurring a penalty charge equivalent to two nights stay based on the services booked. If the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the anticipated arrival of the client, the cost of one night’s stay will be charged to the client.
4º- For unexpected departures, which occur before the end of the contracted stay, the Hotel will invoice the client for two nights based on the services contracted, except when the client provides endorsed documentation and the Hotel decides not to charge them for reasons of force majeure.
5º- Discounts, one-off offers and special offers specified in the contract cannot be used in conjunction with each other, except those relating to children’s age and a 3rd or 4th person, in both cases when sharing an apartment with 2 adults.
6º- For meal plans (HB or FB) the latest check out time is 12:00, if you wish to prolong your stay until 18:00 hrs, consult availability at Reception. An additional 50% charge on the Half Board rate (includes lunch) is applicable and paylable directly to the Hotel. For Accommodation Only stays access will be from 17:00 and departure before 10:00
7º- All clients, staying on a meal plan basis will be asked for a credit card, or deposit in the sum of 25, € on arrival at the Hotel to cover extra costs and deposits for items such as the TV remote control, air conditioning etc. This deposit will be returned to the client on departure..
8º- Pets are allowed. Prior notice must be given when confirming the reservation.
